LAB Boxes are shipped using a next day service and are delivered on the first or third Wednesday of each month. Once shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number. If you are not at home for delivery, your parcel can be left in an alternative location or at a local click and collect location. You will bee sent your 'in flight' options and a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
Please ensure the items are transferred to the fridge on the day of delivery.
